The owner of the Drunken Sailor
When he was a younger man, he was a sailor. He learned recipes through out his travels, he used to cook a lot for the band of pirates he ran with. When he returned to Cayton from pillaging, he decided to become a chef. He was famous for his pheasant and pancakes. In the times before Sebastian Silversage III he was world renown for his house of pheasant and pancakes. When they took over, they took his successful business and the fortune he had acquired and left him with nothing. He now lives alone in what was once his successful restaurant, what is now his failing bar ( The Drunken Sailor) in the back room, which used to be the kitchen.
